Detailed Disaster Plan

Our agency has a detailed disaster plan, including provisions to make certain that we have power, phones, internet, etc. ragardless of what happens in our area. This should be important in your selection of an insurance professional. What happens if there is a tornado, flood, etc. and you need your agent but they aren't available for you?
